Broken Sit
What a horrible ride. The sit was broken, I could not sit properly, in the meantime, there were 4 sit empty in the front but the driver did not allowed me to sit in those empty sits. The air conditioning was in full capacity while the front of the bus was warm. What a terrible situation.
Bad customer service
We reach at time for departure but driver ignore us and he leave us. very careless and nonresponsible servics.

No customer service at all
If you cancel the tickets because of your personal issues you don’t get cash value refund they give points and you can’t use it if you decide to buy tickets again because if you don’t use it you will lose your money so the system doesn’t let you redeem your points but try to charge you the full amount this is horrible if you call no one answers.O my Gosh
