Broken Sit
What a horrible ride. The sit was broken, I could not sit properly, in the meantime, there were 4 sit empty in the front but the driver did not allowed me to sit in those empty sits. The air conditioning was in full capacity while the front of the bus was warm. What a terrible situation.
Bad customer service
We reach at time for departure but driver ignore us and he leave us. very careless and nonresponsible servics.

No customer service at all
If you cancel the tickets because of your personal issues you don’t get cash value refund they give points and you can’t use it if you decide to buy tickets again because if you don’t use it you will lose your money so the system doesn’t let you redeem your points but try to charge you the full amount this is horrible if you call no one answers.O my Gosh

App crashes a lot
Probably designed very cheaply. Crashes a lot for example when click on the corners.
Charged me twice, no ticket
Title says it all, literally stole like $80 from me and kept saying my card was declining and I check my bank and they took money from me.
Do Not Recommend
We waited over an hour for the bus, it never arrived. I tried calling and emailing and got no response even after 24 hours. Call center says closed despite the website telling you to call any time after 730 7 days a week. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will never use again. Go with BestBus.

Best Bus ride ever!
I took a trip from Manhattan to Tyson’s Corner, Virginia to see my grandmother. The seats were so comfortable and the ride was so smooth. While I was on my way to Virginia, everyone was quiet. They were not talking so it was so relaxing! I can’t wait to go to Virginia again to see my family! It was an awesome ride.

App works well most of the time, but does sometimes have glitches.
Incredible Trip
I’ve been a frequent traveler for over a decade to and from NYC and Academy is by far the best. Affordable unlike Greyhound Academy is very clean, friendly drivers, quick and efficient trip! I would highly recommend Academy to be first choice.
Go Bus
Once you get on the bus it is fine. But it us very difficult to speak to someone in the office, e.g. to change a ticket.

Right on time and very convenient
I live in Sharon and my daughter studies in Columbia University NY.. GoBuses are very convenient for us to pickup/drop off from Newton and they are always on time. They send some deals too which save money.
Torture
Like riding in a sauna. The heat was unbearable. Driver was asked more than once to cool the bus off. Miserable ride. People were getting sick from the heat.
Customer service
Customer service is terrible. No response and the website does not have what it claims to have.
Crippling bugs and obvious omissions
It shows what it needs, there are serious bugs and oversights though. When I view a ticket, the back button doesn’t work, softlocking the app, and requiring me to quit and relaunch it. Also when viewing the map for the station you’re going to go to for the bus, there is no actual address, just cross streets (at least in NYC) and there is no option to open that location in Google or Apple Maps so you can get directions there.
