Love!
I have used this app for years and I love it! New functionality was recently released and it gives much more information to families. It’s great that photos and videos can be shared through the app!
Worst app ever
This app is a nightmare. Every time I try to log in, it says I have the wrong password (I don’t) and then when I go to change the password it allows that action but then still won’t let me log in and instead says “you no longer have access please contact your loved ones facility if you think this is an error”. I have contacted the facility and they have set up multiple accounts for me (which is also annoying that has to happen) but each time I try go log in, I can on the first time but then all subsequent log ins fail and it’s the same cycle over again.

needs to support multiple family members
I wish you could add multiple family members in the app to keep track of both parents activities
Can’t even log in
I downloaded the app and put in the email from the invitation I was sent from my dad’s residence and it won’t even connect.
Cannot register
Use the registration button in app after downloading, provided the email address that the invitation was sent to. The NEXT button is unresponsive because the native keypad pushes the button up mid-screen. The NEXT button is responsive if I touch it before putting the cursor in the email field, but won’t work after I input data. The native keyboard “Done” also does not work.
