Top reviews
This app is completely unusable, no access to policies, financials or claims, needs to be debugged to make it useful again
This app is awful. It is not intuitive at all and there should not be a requirement to verify your identity EVERY time you log in.
Been trying to accesses my accounts and unable to do. When you hit policies it just keeps spinning and have tried several times and different days
This is the worst app ever. It never works. Always slow, even with auto pay it doesn’t pull on the date.
The new app updates are horrendous. The screen flips on you and you can’t see everything when trying to pay the bill. I would look for another company just because this app sucks so bad.
Website is worse than terrible
As another review says, this app is totally useless now. You can’t do anything, and with the latest update when it happened, nothing is loading, you can’t click anything. I cant view statements, can’t make a payment, can look at my policies. what did you guys do ??? This is ridiculous.
I don’t know if anyone else is experiencing this but when I open the app, I can’t do anything. I try paying my bill and I can’t click anything. My policy is not showing up.
Can’t pay on the app, iv updated it several times and the payment page doesn’t fit the screen so you can’t even fill out your card info. App is crash.
It’s a challenging app. One day I see my current policy. The next day it’s gone. My payment methods disappeared. Screens are not painted correctly and are ski to the left. Running iOS. It gets a one star because its fundamental function cannot be achieved.
Unable to do anything in the app since I can’t add the policy number. Thank god I’m not pulled over on the side of the road with a cop demanding to see my insurance information
Never able to submit payments through the app. Always glitches out and can’t continue. What is the point?
After uninstalling and reinstalling the app is working, but it wasn’t broken before it should’ve been left alone….
Online Issues
The app is completely unusable. Not sure what happened as it used to work just fine. Does no one test after updates are made before rolling them out?
My review is reflected in the title. This app has become increasingly infuriating month after month. I can’t access any part of the app that will allow me to pay my bill. Did DOGE design this P.O.S?
Total waste of my time system is totally broken. Doesn’t work at all.
I go through the whole process of paying but the screen where the options are from has everything to the far left so you can’t choose a method. On top of that the customer service for Mapfre sucks
Never had any sort of issues with the older versions of this app but after the latest update, whenever that was, the app is completely and utterly useless. I can’t access anything. Can’t view statements, polices or make a payment. This is completely unacceptable and MUST be fixed immediately. The app won’t even load nor allow me to access anything and if I try to access through a browser I’m automatically brought to the app.
