Don’t Use this app
Make them fix the tap to pay with card. This is their excuse to not do it so the city doesn’t pay for fees. They want you to buy THEIR cards. Bring back tap to pay
Can’t login anymore
The login page keeps showing network error on my iOS 16.6 after update.

This has to be the most confusing app ever. There is not logic to it and obviously was never user tested by people who actually use the app. I would rather pay the extra money at the station than spend another minute trying to buy a ticket on this app. The only thing worse is trying to use Apple Pay at your stations. To be a world class city you would have to at least provide minimal services that work.

Major UI changes needed
As someone that’s worked on software development, this app needs major changes. The app is cluttered, confusing, and doesn’t offer much functionality. It’d be cool for users to be able to type in their destination and get a variety of different outputs of how they can get there. I know this app attempts it, but it needs a lot of work

Awful. Complained twice about service and glitches: day after my access to maps was GONE And still NONE as an coercive measure

The map to see the buses does not work. Please fix!!!

The buses are very slow and always come super late, needs to be improved drastically.
Maps don’t work since update
The maps don’t work since the last update. This has been a problem that has reoccurred time and again over the years. Maybe we’ll get lucky and they’ll fix it when they update again in six months.
Edit: I was excited because they updated the app much sooner than they usually do. Then I went to use the bus-tracker maps. They still do not work. Whomp whomp!

Thieves
I hate whoever made this app with the depths of my soul. Why do I have to be punished for not having a vehicle? I spent my hard earned money to reload the bus card and I even have proof it went through! So tell me why im now STRANDED with a MEDICAL CONDITION because it says I have no money on my card when that is false! If I die out here because of your negligence to your app and service, I will sue you. I can’t be walking around in this dangerous Miami heat either a medical condition like mine. I did everything I was supposed to do. You owe me ten dollars you greedy gross people!

Much improved!
It has taken years, but now this app has reached or exceeded the level of what used to be available before the pandemic. I’m talking about the information. I can find on buses and trains, I can’t speak as well to how good it is for purchasing tickets although I’ve done that with it and it seems to be OK. Thanks for continued work on this app. So why haven’t I given it five stars? I think with this app, there’s always some room for improvement.

Just updated the app and now the system is probably glitching and won’t process the existing saved credit card payment nor a new card. Frustrating

Permanently logged out
After the update I was logged out and can’t log back in due to network error for 3 days now.

The app keeps automatically logging me out and now I can’t log in. It says “network error” in red letters.
