Awful. Complained twice about service and glitches: day after my access to maps was GONE And still NONE as an coercive measure. Update: after I keep up complaining they blocked my access to the app

Worst App ever

Very frustrating to buy a pass and then disappears from the APP I bought the 7 days on Friday it’s Monday and I no longer see the pass I added $10 cash value to the Easy card and no money available on the balance. The drivers don’t care and I cannot show the. The ticket.
