Reporting a bug
I could not find a way to report a bug with this app besides this approach.
When opening this app on an iPad in landscape mode, the app immediately closes. I can open it fine in portrait mode. My iPad is an iPad Air 13" with the latest updates to the OS applied. I did try to uninstall and reinstall this app to resolve this issue, which did not work.

Will not even open up after several tries and removing app and reloading does not work. JUNK!

This is probably the worst app I have ever used. Completely counterintuitive. This app is 20 times more difficult than the previous system (ARVIN). Be prepared to log in 500 times if you want multiple items.
Crash’s on launch
been trying to use on my iPad in landscape mode to read through the regulations, but it crashes as soon as it is launched. Works in portrait mode.

The app works with my iPhone but will not load on my iPad. Why? Same iOS 26.1 but will not load on the iPad.

The interface is awful
The user interface for this app is atrocious. It has many issues with optimization.

Want to renew my fishing license so I downloaded this app, but, it didn’t work at all! Going to deleted it by the way!

Was a great app! Having terrible luck with tags this year. One day they are there the next day they are gone!!! Please fix the App!
Useless
This app is useless it only gives you one of your licenses and not the whole nine yards. Unless you have to figure out how to add your hippa and big game tags for it also, which is stupid.

Quite literally the worst app I have ever used. NCWRC should be ashamed of themselves. Waste of taxpayer dollars.
Ads make this unusable
I am doing my part to research the always changing hunting and fishing regulations and now the app has broken links and the ads make the regulations portion completely unusable. Good thing we have lots of southern yellow pines because I’m going back to my printed regulations. Epic failure NC
Too many ads
Everytime I click on the regulations for fishing it keeps loading pop up ads. When I close them it sends me back to the home page and I can't read the regulations. My boating and fishing license should provide enough revenue for an ad free app.

Useless
Laggy freezing and wants you to login after you login. The whole point of apps is to make access easer not to make it a game of hide and seek while hopefully not lagging out in a freeze up. How about sending me my actual card and tags like I got for the last 30 years. How about sending me a metal card with my lifetime license and automatically sending out my new tags or automatically updating them with out me having to try to navigate this monstrosity of an app that runs like an internet site not set up for a phone do I do not have to zoom all the way in to read it.

Old version worked fine. New update will not load on my phone. I deleted the app and now it still will not load. The app needed fixing by the state because it was working with no problem and that wasn’t good enough.

Very helpful app but extremely glitchy
This app has helped me numerous times and it’s a great addition for any outdoorsman to have it just glitches out a lot when you start using the map and you have to restart the app which can be annoying if you were close to pinpointing a location or if you had a lot of filters on you have to go and re apply them. But solid app 6/10 would be a 10/10 if they can just fix the glitching and freezing on the maps.

Freezes
Trying to checkout with my hip certification and big game tags but the checkout button literally won't work. Glad I wasn't in a pinch and needing to tag something. Useless app.
Shameful
NC wildlife and game should be shamed of their self. How did they expect older men and women that don’t even have smart phones to be forced to go to this website and download an app when they don’t even know what app is
App is actually decent
Honestly, most of the people giving it 1-star have not given the app a true chance. It’s still fairly new and launched in July, so yes there’s room to improve but give it some time. Also, you can call Go Outdoors and ask for a walkthrough if you’re having difficulty. They are more than welcome to help their customers and make it easier to navigate. If something isn’t clear enough then usually you would call or look around for help. This isn’t anything different - just ask for help.
