Oh dear
So much to say about this. What an utterly terrible app. The website is actually not bad but the mobile app is unusable. Not sure what the trip plans thing is all about. The interface is shocking. What a shame.

App is useless. It’s nothing other than a map. None of the functionalities work. Totally pointless app. It wouldn’t let me proceed without giving it at least one star, but in reality I would give it zero stars.

Stopped working
Recently started paddle boarding and found this app and was super excited to utilize it! But after a few days the dots disappeared and now it’s just blank. Hoping this gets fixed !

Used for a year and stopped working
It’s perfect when it works, shows you all the access points and user reviews of each. But it suddenly stopped working past weekend, now it’s just a map without any red dots. Contacted support but haven’t heard back. Very disappointed every time I open the app hoping it’s back online again but still nothing.

Useful when updated
Some fab info on here but very few recent reviews. Probably because others are having the same problems as me, I have the option to add a comment or add places but I press submit and nothing happens! Please update and fix this because the app is so useful when it’s got updated info!!

I love this app but I often do the same trips and it would be helpful if I could just copy trip details into a new trip.
Great app lacks conditions.
If this app had a feedback area it would be great. Many sites have seasonal conditions and water level issues that would be great to know before you’re walking half the river!
