Fraud?
The app doesn’t recognize the login info I’ve used on a browser for Parkwell. Also once I search for parking based on address it won’t let me click on the parking lot that I want. Something is very wrong here.
login creation doesn’t work.
App cannot verify the OTP it sends me via text. Says the code is incorrect. I’ve tried in on my partners phone and it didn’t work on that either. Needs a fix.
Doesn’t work
I can look up the location where I want to park but cannot proceed from there- I’m stuck looking at a map and there is no obvious way to move forward.

Trying to park in Superior, CO and I’ve never gotten this app to work. If I try and register it gives me an error after I give my cell number. If I try the”forgotten password”, it says there’s an error with my email address.
User support? None that I could find.

Piss poor app
Parking purchased on website with same email account as app not showing up in app. Contacted support twice, never got a response. Can only access parking pass thru email link.
Canceled parking not refunded correftly even though I got an confirmation email for cc cancellation refund. Never got a response from support about it. Had to file disputes on credit card.
When compared to apps like spot hero, this app is kinda garbage and clunky. I have stopped parking in my building and opting for a garage in another building when I can to avoid using these guys.
