App lässt sich nicht benutzen

Anmeldung sowohl über Apple-Account, als auch normal über E-Mail funktioniert nicht! Man kommt wieder zurück in den Anmeldescreen und kann die App nicht öffnen.
Schade, dass das Problem seit Monaten besteht.
