Limited Monitored Locations
Family plan subscriber. The app appears limited individuals to 5 monitored locations. I cannot find any documentation of this limit or any support contact information in the App. How many locations are included with the Family plan?

Alert Details On The Spot
I recently drove to a local park only to encounter a huge police presence and two ambulances. I was directed to leave the area as the park was closed due to an “incident”. My Vigilant app provided alert details for my safety on the spot! Excellent App!

Just say what you’re about in your ad. I like the idea but when I try it for another reason it becomes disrespectful. Do better.
Best safety app I've used

App not operational
I have been trying to set up the app and always get the same message about App logging out.Every time I go to either the developer webpage or App support there is no page to be found.

Effective Safety App!
Go Vigilant has been a very useful app to have on my phone. It notifies me of major active situations happening in my area as well as power outages and protests. The AI Safety Agent provides details for travel and things to consider in certain events. I encourage anyone who hasn’t used Go Vigilant, to start now.

Awesome app
This app is very informative I’m a 22 yr army vet and worked DOJ for a while. The information is top. I’m very impressed with the customer service. I’m not really computer savvy the lady helped me to the end she has a lot of patience I should say … but I give it a 10/10 for the app and the customer service!!!! I should say also service was done asap no 2 or 3 day call back right then! Impressive!

Cash on SOS
Immediately crashes when you hit the SOS button. This was on the seven day trial of the pro version.
Map issues.
Everything works great so far but if you accidentally zoom in to far on the map the app completely crashes on IOS

The app is made for events like what is going on in Mexico today. Amazing user interface, AI assisted learning and threat intelligence at your fingertips. Love this app and can’t recommend it enough.
Quality data
I’ve used apps in the past that provide safety alerts but if found Vigilant provides the most accurate and reliable data. Not just random or generic alerts but detailed descriptions and information the news isn’t picking up.
Worked great. Until it didn’t.
Suddenly the app is stuck on “Connecting.” Deleted and reinstalled, restarted iPhone. No luck. I really love led the app while it was working as it provided valuable information on important events. Gave up. Canceled. Too bad. 😞

Perfect for my family
As a father of two daughters I’m a huge fan. We travel to some pretty great places but our safety is always on my mind. Love the SOS feature and alerts. Peace of mind is what we get with the app.
Peace of Mind
Go Vigilant gives this hyper-vigilant veteran some peace of mind throughout the day. My job requires me to be on the road often. The app’s real time safety and traffic alerts let me know what’s going on around me, allowing me to avoid certain situations and areas. I also enjoy scrolling through the alerts feed to read about crime activity in my area. Would highly recommend to those who travel often or anyone who cares to know what is going on around them.

I love using this app and seeing everything that’s happening around me when I travel. And I love that it has a ghost feature when I’m going somewhere sensitive for work so I can hide my location
