Incorrect charges on my credit card
I was incorrectly charged for $25 and $39.99. My app only shows that i was charged for one ride that costed $15.96. Give me back my money.
Company is a scam
Look it up. I had the same thing happen to me. Couldn’t even get it to work right and then parked it back in designated spot and I’ve been hit with continuous “parking fees” for the last year. They try in 3 dollar amounts three times and test for money then start increasing and basically drain your account.
Once the issue was brought to support that promptly started ignoring me.
These are scammers. All of them. Stay away.

didn’t realize a 30 minute ride was gonna cost me $100. an uber wouldn’t have even been half of that. 0/10 don’t recommend. they’ll take all your money and it’s not even worth it. and it said we couldn’t ride on the side walks but the roads don’t even have bike lanes? we literally almost got hit by a CAR!! i’m so upset and would like to atleast be partially refunded 50%
