It keeps threatening to put lawyers on something i paid for & THEY TOOK MORE OUT. Do not USE! they will continue to charge after you paid!
Incorrect charges on my credit card
I was incorrectly charged for $25 and $39.99. My app only shows that i was charged for one ride that costed $15.96. Give me back my money.
Company is a scam
Look it up. I had the same thing happen to me. Couldn’t even get it to work right and then parked it back in designated spot and I’ve been hit with continuous “parking fees” for the last year. They try in 3 dollar amounts three times and test for money then start increasing and basically drain your account.
Once the issue was brought to support that promptly started ignoring me.
These are scammers. All of them. Stay away.

didn’t realize a 30 minute ride was gonna cost me $100. an uber wouldn’t have even been half of that. 0/10 don’t recommend. they’ll take all your money and it’s not even worth it. and it said we couldn’t ride on the side walks but the roads don’t even have bike lanes? we literally almost got hit by a CAR!! i’m so upset and would like to atleast be partially refunded 50%

this SCAMMING app will continuously try to charge you!!! do not trust the 4.7 reviews it’s ALL ai!!!! they even send you a scammer “court” photo!!! search up: Pennsylvania drivers targeted by fake toll violation texts. it’s a well known scam they are trying to run on their people!!!!

Already payed my debt and this has charged my card over 120 dollars in the past month

Clicked on the quick ride, no price and saw that it was $50 for the day figured a quick ride (30 mins or so) and ended up being charged $35 to go 6.5 miles ridiculous for what was supposed to be cheap fun. I’m beyond upset especially for it being so quick

Over Charged, slow, bad service
App and ui were good. Ride was expensive as hell. I got charged $20 for not returning my scooter to the “designated” location when I dropped it off at the exact spot the app told me to. On top of that charge the ride was more expensive than an uber and way slower.
