Still waiting for approval
I’ve been waiting for approval for over a month. I’ve tried contacting support for multiple weeks, and been unable to reach an agent. My trip is in a week and will have to use uber at this point.

Great experience although one time the car was full of sand and thought blame would be placed on me as I did not submit any picture because the doors did not unlock for me to check prior to unlocking the vehicle
ID Requirements
You shouldn’t need to know or have my driver license before I even book. I’m just trying to find pricing out, you shouldn’t ask for Driver License, selfies, etc until booking
Terrible app
Don’t bother with this app it doesn’t work and they don’t help you out when you try to follow up
Best value for a quick run around
Needed the car for a couple of hours and it was perfect for what we wanted. Highly recommend Hui. Great customer service too
