Could be soooo much better!
Why can’t we look up a contacts phone number instead of having to type it in? Why can’t we send via WhatsApp, Facebook messenger or other communication options?

I’ve had nothing but problems with them, asked for them to email me twice and they still haven’t emailed me - I’ve even checked my spam folder and junk file and still nothing. I’m losing money because they don’t help, all I need is for my password to work which it won’t even though it says password updated 😡
