Wish i could give negative rating. This company is fraud. I ordered headphones and received defective product. I requested for replacement and its been more than a month, company has collected headphones from me But didn’t send any replacement or refund. Complete fraudster company. Maybe they are using my money for illegal work.

App is good but it has lot of bugs and it shows reconnect ever time when I open app and it is going blank every I open settings
Required Developers Attention
I purchased Goboult Earl model for iphone 17, but this app found as different model and pairing done (Pls note this). The settings which are not able to saved ( like EQ , touch setting etc) and it’s difficult to set every time as I pairing this device . Means, If i am setting Bass level 0 its automatically go to 16 after press back button . ( There is no saving option). if i am saved a setting for Right double tap option as end call, it automatically reset if am disconnected the bluetooth.( Means the changes not saved )
Rest everything work well , the EQ which given is absolutely good and very impressive to listen music, but I have only one request the team to pls resolve the app bugs immediately .

Connectivity of app is slow
When tws is connected via bluetooth, the app shows not connected , and takes time to load. There are many bugs. Widget on homescreen shows nothing but a white screen.

Pleasant surprise: the EQ presets aren’t gimmicks. “Bass Boost” genuinely fattens the low end for gym playlists without collapsing the vocals, and “Cinema Mode” adds a little width when I’m watching shows in bed. The interface is tidy, and the big battery meters for each bud are exactly where I expect them. I haven’t had a single crash on iOS, and Bluetooth handshakes have been consistent. If I could wishlist features, it’d be a full Custom EQ (five or six bands would be perfect) and a Dark Mode that follows the phone’s system setting. I contacted support once about a firmware prompt that wouldn’t appear on my older iPad; they sent a clear troubleshooting guide and it worked on the second try. For the price of the earbuds, having an app that’s this stable and actually useful feels like value above expectations.

Buggy App
The buds are fine but the app UI is full of bugs for iPhone 14 use. Needs immediate attention which needs to be fixed like key customization does gets saved, bass volume goes back to -13 although no impact but cannot visit app every single time to fix it. Is there anyone who check the app properly for Goboult Airbase products?
