Avoid Pre-booking
I would strongly recommend avoiding pre-booking from GOBOULT. There seems to be no proper cancellation or return option, which is extremely frustrating for customers. On top of that, the watch itself is disappointing and doesn’t feel worth the money. Think twice before placing a pre-booking order.
Unable to pair Boult Watch Pro R with GoBoult Fit app
I was using my Boult Watch Pro R with the old BoultFit app about 1 year ago. After reinstalling and trying to connect it now with the new GoBoult Fit app, the watch is detected but fails to connect. It stays on “Connecting” for a few seconds and then shows “Disconnected”. Please provide support for older watches or an update to fix compatibility issues.

Bad service
Very bad experience with GOBOULT smartwatch. Within just 3 months of purchase, the watch stopped working and I raised a warranty complaint. But there is no proper support from the service team. No response from the delivery partner and no action taken on my warranty claim yet.
Really disappointed with the product quality and customer service. Customers should not suffer like this after spending money on a branded smartwatch. Kindly take immediate action and resolve my issue.

Need more customisation for DIY watch face.
Kindly add analogue watch kit with different hand designs for customisation. The amoled screen is going for a toss. I’m not able to create watch faces that I want to.
Issue with default audio device
Issue is there with prioritizing device on which music is played.
When I have connected headset or wired headphones or without any device it should play music on iphone but instead everytime when i come to range of watch music automatically transfer to watch

Contacts doesn’t sync
iPhone contacts not getting synced to the mustang watch. Tried resetting, reinstalling and every possible trouble shooting.
Excellent performance but need display always on
This watch will prefect if you add display on always option
Crashing in iPhone 11
Whenever trying to open the app after giving Bluetooth permission, it’s getting crashed. Looks like services aren’t handle the error case. I am unable to set time of my watch. Please fix asap.
Multiple bugs
When the watch is connected and you are on a called which you dialled the watch keeps vibrating continuously. And ironical part is the same watch will not vibrate that much when a call comes.
Full day heart rate
Please write the full day heart rate to apple health. It only writes heart data to apple health if you manually check it. I have turned on the auto heart rate on 30 mints. Same goes to blood pressure there is no auto record option for BP. All other things are wonderful in the app minimalism i love it. But please do there 2 so that your app can write the data of full day heart rate to the apple health. And the BP

After changing it name from Boult to GoBoultFit, the app is getting crashed again & again. Not able to connect this app with my iPhone. If this app doesn’t connect with phone it doesn’t show any notifications.

Extremely Disappointed – Feels Like a Scam
This Boult Trail watch is a total waste of money. The product looks nothing like what is shown in the ads, and its performance is even worse. It feels like the brand has paid influencers and flooded the internet with fake 5-star reviews to fool customers. The build quality is cheap, the battery dies quickly, and half of the features don’t even work properly.
What’s worse is their return policy – or should I say, the lack of it. Once you buy it, you’re stuck with it. Customer support is non-existent. I tried reaching out multiple times and got zero response. Honestly, this brand feels like a fraud. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from Boult and their fake promises.

The best app I have ever used u can customise the face watch but there is less features still I really appreciate this app

Wish the app had more features sadly Snapchat notifications isn’t on there or I just done know how to get to it

The app is very comprehensive and syncs with the Boult Crown watch seamlessly.
Poor product support
The watch is two months old and except for movement sensor (step count), rest of activity sensor has stopped functioning. Within warranty and yet no input on product support available.
Need Improvement on watch and as well as on application.
Not supporting on iPhone properly disconnects whenever we close the application and also need to update there application and bring more functions and further features watch looks classic but the battery backup is less dries out so soon …
Poor Customisation
The app needs much improvement in the customisation section, you have 5 fixed face galleries, which can't be changed and other 2 are not responding either, can't be changed, only 1 face can be changed from gallery photos and other from prefixed fonts which aren't great either,
It'd be much more helpful to customise 5 face galleries so that users can change them accordingly depending on their activities. I'd seriously request the developers team to look into this and add more efforts in this department, this would certainly help increase user satisfaction level too.
