Please Fix this

I’ve been using this app for about three months. The person I’m messaging reacted to a couple of my messages around two months ago, and ever since then, I’ve been getting a notification saying "…reacted to your message…" about 15 times a day. It might not seem like a big deal, but receiving the same notification every hour for two months straight feels like a form of mild psychological torture. Please fix this; I really want to use your app, but I don't want to put up with this. I realize I could just turn off notifications, but it’s really important for me to see right away when this person messages me, so that’s not an option for me.

Cannot reply to messages after update

After updating to GoChat 6.0.3 on my iPhone 7(iOS 15.8.6), I can receive messages but I can’t reply. The reply/message box does not work please fix this issue in the next update.

Everything works perfectly in Russia! Calls and texts. We ran into some difficulties re-registering on a different device. I contacted customer support, and they responded immediately. They spent a few days working on the issue and ultimately resolved it. They even called me three times. Guys - you are the best!!! Thanks for the support.❤️

Long reconnection times often relate to network conditions. Ensure strong WiFi/mobile signal and close bandwidth-heavy apps. If reconnects remain slow on stable networks, email support@gochatapp.net.

Contact info doesn’t update

You can not add the contract, meaning even after adding the contract information it never show up on the app, if you erase your history and chats you cant make a call or text since the number wont show up on the app i added one number 10 times still wont show up in go chat app contact list always says invite invite the person is already on the go chat he made cal to me please fix this issue, botim always notify me someone signup kn botim

Unreliable call quality Please fix ASAP!

GoChat is getting worse instead of better. Whenever I try to make a call, there’s no ringing sound, and when it finally connects, the call quality is distorted and unclear. As UAE residents who rely on this app every single day, we need a stable and flawless connection, plus more standard messaging features. Please resolve these issues in the next update as soon as possible!

Hi Maria, contact sync issues often need a permission refresh. Go to Settings > Privacy > Contacts, toggle off and back on, then force-quit GoChat and reopen. If friends still don't appear, email support@gochatapp.net.
