Many Flaws, Can’t Use
Was looking for a good CRM app that has a business card scanning feature. GoCRM has it. The scan was highly accurate, but missed the company name. When I went to edit the record, I got an error when saving and the record was duplicated 6 times.
Other features that were important to me are missing: No import of address records, no reminders or tasks in the iOS app, no G-Suite integration, and no integration with Wufoo or MailChimp.
So although it has a business card scanner, the other missing features don’t make up for it, and the problems editing a card, made the app unusable for saving contacts.
