I try to use this app. It always is a bad experience and I give up and order elsewhere. This app needs a lot of work. Seems to get stuck a lot. And it keeps taking me back to the main screen and forces me to choose a location between ordering items. No back button. Also tried like 10 times to order Oreo dessert pizza and it never showed up in my cart. Kept trying to force me to use rewards for it and then said some error and it wouldn’t work. This app sucks in many different ways. Godfather’s pizza is so good but they suck at ordering apps.

Doesn’t even work
Really easy to see why this pizza chain is failing. The app doesn’t find a store that’s right near by. You are logged in but aren’t and when you try the password and email you used is incorrect, but you are already logged in so why the cycle. Sad.
Took the money but won’t PLACE THE ORDER
Forced me to give a zip code to pick a location even though my location services are on. Get to check out, it CHARGES my card, THEN sends a notification that it couldn’t authorize the purchase because the card isn’t registered to the exact zip code I put in for the location. How the hell does that make sense in the first place?
Took 20 minutes to issue the refund for money they supposedly weren’t authorized to have taken in the first place.

Trash App
Update still hasn’t been fixed. I have points I can use but no way to redeem them. Very upsetting.
I’ve had this app for years. Even after the “upgraded” it rarely loads. And when it does it takes literally 20 minutes. The rewards points part you can’t even get into. Seriously need to stop promoting an app that SUCKS!

Can’t select the Store
D$&n thing keeps the select button below and the screen and won’t allow you to move it where it could be selected. I drive a tractor trailer so I switch places often.
Impossible to redeem points
I cannot redeem my points at all on the app or the website. It’s impossible.
Frustrating
The continually won’t allow you to place an order. Seriously why have it if you can’t place an order.
Terrible App
Godfather’s, we love you but you make it so hard to keep supporting you. This app is terrible. It’s not user friendly. I have to re-enter most of my info every time I sign in. It’s so frustrating. And calling the only location you have left in town is even worse. You’ve lost out on so many orders because I give up and order from a rival company. Please fix the app and let us help keep you in business.

Fix your app.
To put it nicely, your app needs a lot of work. and so does the website. The design feels rushed and unpolished. Everything takes forever to load and accidentally clicking the wrong button sends you back to square one, forcing you to re-enter your location and start your order all over again. What’s frustrating is how fixable these issues are. Creating a quality app or website isn’t rocket science, and honestly, someone without a background in web design could do better.

App doesn’t work
Ever since they made us download this new app I lost all my points. We restarted now the last three times I’ve ordered pizza. I’ve had to call the store to have them delivered because every time I try on the app it gives me an error code 403 so I’ve lost out on three orders of points.
App issues
Unable to use my reward points. Tried updating the app but no changes noted. I keep having to “login” but I already am logged in. Very frustrating!!!
Pizza should be simple
The app has very slow tap response. It’s clunky and constantly switches to the previous page. It’s super annoying to use.

Update doesn’t have the promised features
I’ve accrued loyalty points over the last year but was never able to redeem them in the old app. After the newest update where they promised it was easier to redeem points I was excited. However the “redeem points” box doesn’t appear for me, on the app or on their website. I have 2500 points, which is more than enough for the item I try to add. I have updated, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, with no change.

This is what the app says when I try ordering from Amarillo, Texas locations but when I went in they were happy to take my order just with the app worked to skip the line… guess I won’t come back until they get this fixed. 🍕💔

I’ve been going here since I moved into the area and it’s best pizza I’ve had in the Houston area.
