After downloading it does not work with a new iPad running latest apple OS. App cannot connect with a X pro ll Nikon or the new x3 pro touch screen.

Login required
You have to create a login to use any device features. I’d rather just use the flash controller as-is. Garbage.
Account Required
This app is nicely designed, but requires setting up an account in order to use most of its functionality. The process is absurd, giving you only 30 seconds to retrieve an emailed passcode, then entering that passcode plus your desired password. If you use a password manager like I do, you’ll get the timer to run out before setting up and account. Lastly, where’s the list of compatible flashes or triggers??

Update to v1.4
After testing the app for few shooting, i found that every thing woks, i controlled a groupe of 3 lights shoot tethered and the camera wasn’t accessible to me. I used the app to adjust the lighting and it was good but not perfect, the ine problem i found that you can not turn modeling light one by one, but all at once with is good but sometimes we need one at the time. The second problem is also modeling light power not ajustable from the app. There is the option just doesn’t work. The ability to adjust the flash power with the app it alreadybig improvement

Doesn’t work
The app is broken and won’t let you add any flashes to groups. Tried both on iPad and iPhone
Cannot add a light
I cannot add a light there are no lights to choose from like there were lights older versions. This makes the entire app useless! Please update ASAP
Only 2 things wrong
First, you have to provide a phone number to try and create a login - that doesn’t work.
Second the app doesn’t connect to trigger even after updating the firmware on the trigger (another hour wasted getting that to work)
It’s a real shame this is so useless - the triggers and flag work great.
Shame Godox doesn’t put a bit more effort into their website, support docs, and apps.

Privacy & Security Issues
This app requires a login and account creation with Godox. WHY??? All we need to do is pair our devices with our iPhone via bluetooth. That should not require any login account through Godox for our purchased devices to function. Quit forcing Americans to give out our phone numbers, personal information and keys to the back door for Communist-controlled companies such as Godox. Uninstalled!

Area Code problem
I can't use it because it asks me for my cell phone number to login and the application does NOT have my area code and I can't login.
User Account
This app does collect personal data via need to create a user account for the app to function. There is no plausible reason why an account should be necessary.
Privacy invader. Requires activate and permissions just to use flash app.
Really not recommended. Do not install. Doesn’t apple require their privacy friendly login as an option when login is required?

Download. Open app, asks to agree terms. Doesn’t show terms. Doesn’t allow you to accept or decline. Just does nothing. Whoever developed this app has no career prospects with work as poor as this. And, doesn’t bode well for Godox.
