Claim Support Not Working
This app is not properly working. I’m trying to file a claim on the app and on the website and I’m unable to do so. I tried calling, no one answers and automatically hangs up the phone. Even for roadside assistance I was unable to get through.
Fraud company
Stop 🛑 don’t purchase don’t download app, this company is a fraud and all of there 3rd sales rep. After I did my resarch and wanted to cancel services i was given the number to the third-party that set me up I called got a voicemail how unprofessional after getting a call back later, I requested several times to cancel my contract. Here’s it today. They’re trying to remove money from my account . I was able to record our conversation so future court cases do not download this app. Do not trust this company bad business.

App doesn’t work
I Just Purchased Dr., Smart for my vehicle and they gave me this app. I downloaded it put in my information and I cannot sign up. It does not work for me so good luck to anybody else who tries to get this app.
