Unprofessional
Extremely unprofessional. I asked for a male cleaner twice as my brother is living alone and more comfortable with a male cleaner and they keep on providing a female cleaner any way.
Misleading annual subscription
I like their services but their annual subscription is incredibly misleading and they bill you a full month in advance despite the app stating the billing date is the next month. Won’t be using them again given deceptive practices

We’ve had a few services and the gardening team did a good job. We’ve had 2 cleaners however and they were terrible. I raised a complaint on the second time as we had pad for 4 hours, whilst the cleaner stayed for 2! They completely missed areas (like the toilet!!) and I had to book another cleaner a few days later (elsewhere)
Customer service were extremely poor, I was offered an £18 refund due to the time they had spent cleaning (an hour refund) and £10 credit. I would expect something a little more after spending £80 on the service. Avoid!!

I was charged multiple sessions that did never happen!!! I could not remove my credit card…
It was fine when you are with a good cleaner but it took us a long time to get a good one who was actually able to communicate with us. The membership fee is quite high and one needs to watch out the £300 credit. It is not like that one could use it all; I was misled at the beginning. To use the £300 credit, one has to use 10 different categories of services…

I cannot begin to express how horrible this company is. Not only is their customer service extremely rude, THE SERVICES I HAVE PAID FOR HAVE NEVER BEEN PROVIDED!!!!!!! I was waiting patiently and speaking to customer service and they claim that somebody attempted to come to my house to provide a service and gave me a call but they never did!!! They never even showed up!! They did this multiple times until I caught onto the pattern and realized that they are A HUGE SCAM FOR YOUR MONEY. They have a pattern of blaming it on you saying there is no parking (when there is), or that the handyman got lost on the way (he never did) and charging you extremely high fees in penalties for not doing their job!!!!. Do not use this company no matter what.

Very Poor App Quality
1)There wasn’t any phone number available for the team, i was trying to inform them that i booked a parking spot right next to the lifts in the underground parking.
2)The “location of professional” wasn’t all accurate on the App.
3)The note i sent to them on the App prior arriving, wasn’t delivered in useful time.

The cleaners are always late and I was charged 50% of the total service fee when the cleaner asked me to rearrange to for another date. DO NOT USE THIS APP

I wouldn’t bother. They promise the world buy their whole business model is based on exploiting subcontractors from Bulgaria. The subcontractors resent the parent company and cancel anytime they have a better offer. Don’t waste your money or time here.
