Ridiculous public transpiration
I dont know whose idea this was but if you need public transportation in Gastonia you WILL NOT GET IT! This so called method NEVER HAS A RIDE! I’ve tried to book rides for a year and in that time have got one ride successfully. I’m just blown away! Where are our tax dollars in a city with no public transportation and No help for the community?! Literally don’t even have a shelter for homeless! Worst city ever. Worst public transportation ever. Don’t waste ur time you’ll just get angry!

Before I left for Disney it was fine but when I came back it was filled I don’t mind using Lyft I use to but now that they barely have space snd sometimes when I’m going to work they be pushing the times to drop me off and the cars be filed and when u try to get one I get it then it’s gone cuz someone snags it away even if u get it before them as a native citizen that lived here they whole life please FIX THIS!!

needs major improvement
so when you get a ride, it takes FOREVER sometimes to get one, if you wait too late, you won’t get a ride at all, THE COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE, it’s almost impossible to reach someone, I lost a wallet in their wan this morning and I have yet to hear back it’s been hours… they also need to hire ME if they want a good driver, and that process is also extremely difficult, please fix this, I could add more but I’m tired of typing

More vans
Y’all need more vans, it’s only 2 cats buses that come here from charlotte and I always miss both cause y’all don’t have any vans available and it’s over a hour wait time. Do better
Changes
I like that you can get pickup at your home & and price is rate is good . However their are disadvantages there are only approximately 11 vans around Gastonia there is more people than vans that use this service . There should be changes to expand the vans to at least 50 because the vans only can sit 6-7 per people and as a result this is why bookings are filled and wait times are over an hour long more . Bring back the busses 🚎 it’s more accurate & had more capacity for passengers.
