Totally Useless!

Not only is this app completely dysfunctional, but so it their automated phone system. The app has never been able to store my home address, despite numerous calls and alleged interventions by their “engineers.” They collect a “concierge fee” of 37 cents per minute of each ride. That’s more than $5 for a 15 minute ride! For what??? For a completely dysfunctional booking service??? What a joke this company is! Zero stars.
