Login issues
Cannot use app; Google login page goes to white screen and cannot log in. Have tried repeatedly.
So frustrating!
Seems like this “could be” a very useful app. IF I could ever get signed up / in! Every time I try I get a blank screen many times! Please fix! We want to use this, but add it is the app is useless!
Sign up/log in issues
Most functionality requires another account/log-in/sign up…. Which usually loads a blank screen. I recommend making it a paid app or advertising supported rather than requiring, yet another, login and password to forget. Looks nice otherwise and has some good features, when you sign in.
Can’t login
I wanted to favorite an activity. It said I had to log in. It tried to take me to a sign up/log in page that opened in a browser, but it wouldn’t load. I deleted the app and dowloaded again; same thing.

The issues other reviews mention have been fixed and everything works great for me.
Overall a nice design and good experience in the app. I wish there were a bit more content overall, since it can be a bit light, but what’s there is very good info. I use this every time I go to the islands. Can’t wait to see more!

Worst app ever
This is a total waste of time, totally useless. Don’t bother downloading this garbage, it just does not work.

Just doesn’t work :(
The app looks amazing, runs well and has a great design; it looks like it has literally anything I need for an upcoming trip, but a lot of it is inaccessible simply because you can’t log in or sign up for an account… there’s an error every time, and you can’t even read it. Otherwise, it’s a great app

Doesn’t Work
The app worked for one day. I got the app so I could plan our excursions as well as stay up to date on COVID protocols. The app stopped working. I could not log in. I reset my pass word three times, it did not help.

Can’t create account
Sign In with Apple does not work.
Couldn’t Sign Up
I tried various ways to create an account (based on options provided on the page). Nothing worked, therefore cannot use some of the features. Also error codes cannot be seen on the ‘create acct’ page (covered up by ‘create account’ banner). When I tried other ways, the error code was visible, but it doesn’t explain why it’s not working. For an official app provided by the State’s Tourism Bureau, very disappointing to encounter such basic issue! Also it took a long time to open. And the internet was not the issue. I’ll delete it and find a better app.
