Goki locks never work
These locks are the bane of my existence. The web page never works. I can never create a code from the desktop. The front door never syncs properly. The app barely works half the time. I have to pray that I can generate new codes. I will never use goki again.
Absolute junk! Beware!
They do not work. Simple as that. They malfunction on a DAILY basis, we had to have almost half of ours replaced in the first three month of receiving them (6 came out of the box never working) they will try to convince you for months that it’s user error and their customer service is useless as well. They removed a bad review that I left them so it’s just shady all around. Regret ever doing business with this company, I want to rip them off our doors and mail them back.
