Great Login Improvements, But Risky Loan Payment Default
The latest app update is definitely a big improvement when it comes to signing in—much smoother and more user-friendly than before. However, there’s a serious issue when it comes to paying a loan that needs immediate attention.
When making a payment, the app automatically defaults the payment amount to the full payoff balance instead of the regular monthly payment. This is honestly pretty scary and could easily lead to someone accidentally submitting a much larger payment than intended.
A simple fix—like defaulting to the minimum or last payment amount, or requiring confirmation for a full payoff—would make a huge difference. Great progress overall, but this issue should be addressed as soon as possible to prevent costly mistakes.

Can never get into the app
Everytime I download the app to go into it I have to verify and sign in and it pushes my back to the main screen to add my login and password and then email then verify again and just does that over and over and I can never use the app, so I just keep deleting and have to use the website.

I've been a happy Gold Coast member since 1997, and have always appreciated their customer service and convenient hours. But why can't the app just work? Nothing but error messages when I try to sign in. I've been trying for a month to deposit checks before they expire.
Constant Error
Every time for some reason after using the app for a couple of days to check i have to constantly change my password because it says its wrong and i know its right because i have them written down and after constantly changing the password many times im tired of it this app needs an update i haven't seen one of those in a while
