Fraud commitment
Plz don’t do gold loan from indiagold, they are fraud ppl. Before booking gold & giving to you they will say lie about rate of interest, gst extra extra. And after booking every thing is different, they change there words. They without tell u , increase the rate of interest. Then they will say system problem bla bla bla. After they will say hume bhi nhi pata tha, then they will give nonsense reasons. then they will ignore ur calls, msgs. No proper response. I will mention the girl name who was first attending me manju Joshi. And now she is ignoring my calls & msgs. Plzz don’t trust them. I become fool but plzz u don’t. And I can’t remove my gold bcz there are saying if u foreclose before 180days, u have to pay charges…

India gold is totally fraud company. I request you to please don’t take gold loan from india gold. They always do wrong commitments with their customer. It happen so many time in 11 months. I have to fight for 1 week to get back my gold after payment.

Please be aware i have applied for loan closure and they are not even sharing bank details to pay it in the app from last 3 days and called couple of time they simply says withing 15-20mins i will receive a call back but which is not happening from past 3days. Dont go for gold loan with india gold

After 6 months the rate of interest has changed at the time of renewal that is 0.55 to 1.5 it is totally scam guyz this app is fraud

It is tough to release gold from India gold and rate of interest is so high if you skip payment one day also your rate directly changes to 1.65 from 0.55 so guys better to take loan from any bank and one more thing after 6 months at the renewal time your rate of interest changes from 0.55 to 1.5 so be careful if you go for long term gold loan think before if you keep gold in India gold

Worst app in market
Guys I suggest not to avail gold loan from this company as they are the worst I have ever seen so far. Though they offer services at door step they will frequently increase the interest rates without any intimation. In fact they take this as a business opportunity and make customer pay with high interest rates. I have availed a load of 2.59L and paid a interest amount of 1890 in 1st month, 3200/- in second month and 3800/- in third month. Like wise they will charge additional amounts without proper information and you need to pray god to connect with their customer service team for clarifications.
Just avoid this app if you want to pay higher interest amounts.

Dear users please stay away from India gold loan.
They give false information at the beginning and lure you to take their loan and then change their interest rates abruptly. Also they delay returning the gold even after complete payment.
App is pathetic. No updates happened for me during the loan closure I personally had to call the call centre to do it. Even though bank rates might be slightly higher but I would personally opt for banks next time if I am in need and not these private finance companies.

Worst customer serivce ever!
They can connect you within minutes for loan but when you pay your loan amount, you need to beg for your loan as no one will reply on call, chat or even email. So first invest on your customer service than improve apps plz.

Just scammers please don’t everyone take loan from these frauds. No customer support. The manager don’t even pick up your call, unnecessary charges and if you don’t pay them then even more charges so you don’t have any option other that giving your hard earned money to these frauds.
