Mostttt Worst App

This app is one of the most worst app, even though I have credit card , its not showing, showing as No card available though I previously used and made payments and you know what it won’t allow you to make payments on website netbanking as well it asks for admin access and it won’t accept upi payments as well. Please learn from ICICI Imobile app. This is how an app should be built and feasible to customer. If you don’t know how to maintain app, please don’t create stupid app

Unable to login

can’t able to reset Only login pin and m pin. The option is available only reset login pin and mpin. If we select that option we can’t able to reset the login pin with the card details. After entering the card detail, card details are mismatched. But in the internet banking the same card details. The bugs are more in this app. The alternate option is internet banking with user name and password. If we entered that details this feature is not available. Then what is the purpose of this service. Very bad experience. Each and every time person visit to bank? We are not working in TMB bank.

Doesn’t register at all

I always get this error. I tried with disconnecting my WiFi and keep only mobile data on.

SMS not received from your Network Operator! Please check if you have sufficient balance or valid SMS pack and retry again.

Constant Timeout Issue

When I try to view the fixed deposit, trying to modify - it often gave timeout issue. Not once but like every time. Is the server really had issue or the client?
