The worst I deposit 100 on it and play a bet for 50 dollars and won 700 when a went to withdraw my money there was no withdrawal option

Please do not play here. I mean it’s a regulated Sportsbook in Arizona. The refuse to pay out money. They give you a ton hoops to jump through to cash out. You can easily deposit with a debit but won’t let you cash out that way. It has to be PayPal and if email doesn’t match they won’t pay you. After a few months I never received my money. Ez to get your money in, nothing but shenanigans and lame excuses when it comes time to try and get your money out. Total Joke! Been trying for 9 days now and still fighting for a measly $50. Reported to the AZ Gaming Commission.
Worst app ever - Do not use
Would give 0 stars if I could. They let me deposit immediately, then for some reason, I could only bet $250 per bet. They also are not giving me any way to withdraw, the button is greyed out. The live chat does not open either and I have been waiting on a customer service response for weeks. DO NOT USE!!!

Worst Sportsbook of all time
Impossible to withdrawal any money but they will take your deposit instantly, live chat support does not work, they will email you a week later and say you are not logged in so they can’t help. Constantly logs you out and glitches while trying to make a bet. Don’t use this app it is a scam, I don’t know how they are still in business.

Update- still awful
As of February 2025 nothing has been fixed on this very basic app. They don’t pay out, don’t credit your deposits, crashes all the time. No customer support what so ever. Incredible. Do not use unless you want your money stolen. Period

Not as terrible as reviews but not the worst
Payout is slow. Expect 4-5 business days but no issues with deposits or withdrawal. App definitely needs some upgrades. Have to log out and log in often but not as bad of a user experience if you are betting low volume and not worried about live betting
Won’t load on iPhone or iPad
Both devices updated to iOS 18, one device on t-mobile one on Verizon. Don’t have this issue with none of the other Az betting apps will delete

$250 New User Promo Lie
Signed up, deposited $250 made a wager and have not seen the new user promo bonus. Live Chat does not work, contact us email has gone without response for days and days. Emailing direct has also gone without response for a week.

Deposited money and was charge on my bank but funds never appeared on the app there no way to contact these people besides email still no response not even sure how they are still in business or legal location says finding out location and just hovers on the bottom like they can’t figure out where I’m located even though all my apps don’t have a problem finding out where I’m at

It’s painful
I deposited money and it hasn’t been added to my account, the app can not confirm my location despite 15 other books in the state can. I’ve reached out for help via email and haven’t received a response yet. The app is extremely basic and still crashes.

I’ve been waiting for someone to contact me about my missing funds in my account. I had deposited money into the sports book and NEVER saw it but my banking account shows the money was deposited. Not only that but their withdrawal process is soo trash. I’ve been waiting days for my deposit to come through PayPal. There’s absolutely no way contacting the AZ support team for questions and concerns. Both numbers they provide is NJ numbers and they mentioned they do not have access to AZ customers accounts. I’m praying I received my money. As far as my missing deposit, I hope they can do something about that since I never received those funds in my account. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS APP! Scammer my money
I’ve deposited $150 that was taken from my bank and the money was never deposited in the app. Customer support in NJ stated the money was never taken out when my bank clearly stated so. This is unacceptable.
How do they have a license?
The absolute worst Sportsbook to deal with. Withdrawing money is next to impossible and they have zero support. I can’t fathom how they are allowed to do business in AZ
Frustrating as heck
App is a piece of garbage and their customer support is non existent. App keeps stating that I am not located in AZ when i clearly am. The desktop website works fine but the app is complete garbage. WD your $ and use an app that works and customer service that actually cares about their customers.

The reviews werent lying
I found the reviews hilarious on how bad it was. I couldnt believe it when they werent kidding there’s no support team. I cannot deposit my location check on phone doesn’t work and on pc my balance infinitely spins. Its unusable. I think they scammed my $10 test because they took my money but said my deposit failed.
