There were issues with issuing bonus bets and when i called them to explain the issue - they can’t help it. The issue is i signed up for a welcome offer for a SPORTSBOOK and not Casino. Now they’re saying i signed up for Casino and can’t help it. I don’t play casino on an app. This is not first rodeo and had no issues whatsoever with other sportsbooks. Now they don’t even wanna pick up my phone. It’s ridiculous and i lost $100 for nothing. These people are leeches. I don’t even know why they have multiple apps to make it so confusing for general public.

Not bad , slow withdraw
Apps not bad I don’t play here very often mostly because trying to withdraw your winnings takes forever!! Most places I play I get it instantly or within 24hrs, it’s been 3 days they wanted a copy of my debit card , I usually deposit with PayPal but used my card this time, I did withdraw via PayPal but they still need a copy of my card which I uploaded 2 days ago and it still hasn’t been accepted , it’s ridiculous that just about every other casino takes min 24 hours, there’s one or 2 that sometimes takes maybe 2 days which is a lot but it’s now 3 days going on 4 and they haven’t even looked at the card I uploaded. This is the main reason I don’t really play here and I play almost daily , they need to do something about this I guarantee they would have more customers, I know I’d play here more often if they weren’t so slow!!

App will reload or so your location no longer available. This happens if you are winning? Never when I’m losing!!!!!!!
I have been playing at the hardrock for many years i had too tier and many rewards & accommodations given to me. Things have changed due to covid destroying our country. I no longer at the moment am a big gambler but i still play what i can afford. Customer service has shown me that i no longer am a valued player. Shame on you hardrock so disappointed.

Can’t play casino
Play now button will not work on casino. Tried using the live chat for help and they just keep saying the same things that I’ve already tried to fix the problem like turn your phone off and on
Impossible to Withdraw Money

However, it’s impossible to withdraw money without driving to Atlantic City and withdrawing your money from the Casino. I have had funds sitting in my account for a month and have gotten no help from support.
