There were issues with issuing bonus bets and when i called them to explain the issue - they can’t help it. The issue is i signed up for a welcome offer for a SPORTSBOOK and not Casino. Now they’re saying i signed up for Casino and can’t help it. I don’t play casino on an app. This is not first rodeo and had no issues whatsoever with other sportsbooks. Now they don’t even wanna pick up my phone. It’s ridiculous and i lost $100 for nothing. These people are leeches. Not bad , slow withdraw
Apps not bad I don’t play here very often mostly because trying to withdraw your winnings takes forever!! Most places I play I get it instantly or within 24hrs, it’s been 3 days they wanted a copy of my debit card , I usually deposit with PayPal but used my card this time, I did withdraw via PayPal but they still need a copy of my card which I uploaded 2 days ago and it still hasn’t been accepted , it’s ridiculous that just about every other casino takes min 24 hours, there’s one or 2 that sometimes takes maybe 2 days which is a lot but it’s now 3 days going on 4 and they haven’t even looked at the card I uploaded. Can’t play casino

Horrible App/Don’t Download
HardRock says it’s not them. They say everything is fine with my account. Except I can’t play. HardRock took my deposit for 1st time player. I haven’t been able to wager on any game within the app. It’s been 6 months now trying to get this resolved. Still no progress. Apparently without my knowledge there’s Limits on wagering, depositing, withdrawing and time. Because of having so many problems trying to get my account up and running. Becoming frustrated beyond belief. With my money in my account that I can’t wager with. I’ve spoken to numerous agents. Play back and forth email. Therefore when I’m logged into my account. That goes against my time limits that I didn’t even set. I set spending limits and that’s it. So it takes more than a week for the No time limits to take effect. Although it says on the HardRock internet site that limits can take up to an hour to reset. But the HardRock app says I have to wait until Jan 1,2023. It’s Dec 28,2022 and this has happened 3 days ago. Unexceptable HardRock and the developer's of this app! I have numerous online accounts with other NJ casinos that I wager with and have never had such an horrific experience as I’m having with this app. I didn’t even wager I’ve gone over time limits by communicating with HardRock employees per live chat within this app. I just want my money back and I’m going to close my account. The worth site you can play.
By far the worth site you can play. I play in couple of site and make it pretty good. I mean i doble and sometimes triple my deposits. But in this site I have never ever been able to make at least one withdraw all i did was deposit after deposit. Im glad i don't play often here. And I was able to make my money back on my other site. I closed the account. Do not lose your time you will lose you money too.

App Keeps crashing during gameplay
Positives: this is app is allowing me to gamble out of the safety of my own home instead of heading to the casinos during quarantine. I just wish the game was actually playable. Issues I keep having:
1) it keeps saying it can not identify where I am located with my location on. This happens with every update with the phone. This isn’t resolved until 2-3 weeks after the update.
2) mid-game it crashes and closes but I am able to go back in and finish the gameplay.

Poor service when you withdraw!

Don’t gamble online
Honestly BetMGM was my go to place and they screwed me so bad so I switched to the HardRock because my girl and I always love to stay in ac at their hotel. However, this app with their slots are absolutely trash. I have submitted a complaint about their slot win ability and I did my own test. Stay away
I used to play on the old Hard Rock app a couple of years ago until they blocked my account and my husbands account due to software on our desktop computer. It was a computer game that I uninstalled. We tried playing on our phones and ipads but we were still blocked. Even when we got new phones, laptop and made multiple phones calls to customer service, still blocked. Even after we moved we still couldnt play. They denied our accounts were blocked. Claimed we still had the software even though we didn't own the computer anymore. So we said we were done. I downloaded the new app today which looks horrible compared to the old one. I had to sign up for a new account and they claim they couldn't verify me because my SS Card is laminated. Not one casino in person or online has asked to see my SS Card. I have uploaded my ID and shown in person but that's it. Nor have I ever been questioned due to my card. NJ DMV is a royal pain with ID and they always accept it for license renewal. There are better choices than Hard Rock casino for playing online in NJ. Something major must have happened with online gaming to have increased ID verification. All NJ casinos mow have to have 2 factor authentication which is a rwal nuisance.

Bad bonus chance
Love being able to play at home but the bonuses are non existent. At least give us a bonus every once in a while. Playing over 200 spins without a bonus is just terrible odds. I’d play more often if I was entertained but this is just ridiculous.
