Can’t login
This app is broken. Says wrong password and when I reset password it still says wrong password when logging in. Cannot get my tickets. Ugh.

won’t let me log into my AXS acc thru this app but I can log into AXS just fine on the actual AXS app. tried resetting password as well, no luck. unfortunately the GV app is useless n non functional :/ hope it gets fixed!
Password issues
I’m having the same issue as everyone else in the reviews. Part of me feels good that it’s not just me going crazy and not knowing how to reset my AXS password, but also… how am I supposed to get the tickets I paid for?? If I don’t figure this out by the show I’m going to avoid buying any GoldenVoice shows like the plague.

App sucks
I can’t access my tix because the password authentication keeps erroring. I already have axs, it shouldn’t be a separate app with tracking bulls$@t. App sucks
Password reset issue
I have attempted to reset my password 5 times and it states that it’s wrong everytime. I just bought tickets for a show but I don’t even know how I would access those tickets without logging into the app..
