Password reset issue

I have attempted to reset my password 5 times and it states that it’s wrong everytime. I just bought tickets for a show but I don’t even know how I would access those tickets without logging into the app..

Can’t find my password and when I click to get new one it send me a link through another vendor

Golden voice app shows I have already been registered before so k try my password from AXS where I purchased the tickets and it says it’s wrong so I click the “I forgot my password” button, only to be sent an email from AXS and when I change my password there (which I know that password) it then sends me back through the same loop I just went through (not recognizing that password I just entered for AXS) this is a useless app if I can’t even get logged into it

Does not let you sign in

Logging in does not work, even after verifying my login credentials and resetting my password.

Multiple similar complaints on Reddit. You have to access your tickets through the AXS app instead.
