Dont buy tickets from this company!
This is the absolute worst company ive ever bought tickets from. I cant access them and nobody picks up the phone . Terrible!

Couldn’t access tickets
I tried logging in and it kept on saying I was a robot. Don’t know what to do and I have a show in an hour

Making me get a 3rd party app to get my tickets was annoying enough but I cannot log into my app which of course is the only place you can access tickets. It doesn’t need an update I’ve changed my password twice now and it doesn’t work. Thank you AXS and golden voice thank you so much
Worst interface ever
Every time I tried to log in it kept thinking I was a robot but instead of giving me anyway to verify I’m a human it just took me to the support page where it failed to include any number or actual helpful thing to get me into my account. When I tried logging into my Facebook, it gave me a captcha with letters but the keyboard only had numbers so it was impossible to log in that way. So yeah, horrible interface and very unhelpful when it came to actually getting access to my tickets.

Just send the tickets in an email why am I fighting for my life to get a ticket I already paid for in an app I don’t want and calling costumer service to prove I’m not a bot?

Trying to access purchased tickets, already annoyed having to download an entire app. Waste of time and very frustrating when app doesn't work, keeps saying invalid password, reset password same outcome. Cant locate "live chat" feature. Overall a poor time consuming unnecessary experience, just send me my tickets in my email after purchase for Gods sakes!!

Can’t access tickets
App accuses you of being a bot whenever you try to access your tickets…there’s no getting around it even with face ID. The only way to access the tickets when this happens is by calling customer service. What do you even do if this happens at the actual concert??
This app SUCKS!
This is the absolute worst app ever filled with bugs. Would not let me claim my ticket after being forced to download this 3rd party app. Every single time it asked me if I was a “real fan” aka a robot. Still to this day I can’t sign in or even make an account without that popping up. I had to have someone else buy me another ticket after already purchasing one and am waiting for my refund from these people. So stressful for absolutely no reason.

App-solutely Horrible
I almost never write reviews but I hate this app so much that I’m sharing here in the hopes that something might change. I’ve never had so much trouble retrieving a concert ticket on any other platform. Even though I have face recognition activated, it still accuses me of being a bot and refuses to let me sign in and then I have to go through a whole process of resetting my password and re-verifying my identity. They don’t send you any sort of email attachment of your ticket so you’re required to download the app and jump through these hoops just to access it. In the future, I will do everything in my power to try to avoid using this app again and would buy tickets through any other provider, even if they cost more.

Hate this app and the world we live in in
I’m using my AXS password that I’ve saved already and because it gets pasted in there it doesn’t think I’m human and I’m going through multiple steps to not reset a password when I’m simply just trying to get tickets to a concert that it could’ve just been in an email and yet I have to download another stupid with poor password issues with someone properly stored his passwords.

App doesn’t work
The app won’t let me sign in. It pops up with the screen saying I’m a bot and need to be a “real fan”. Couldn’t access my tickets for a $100+ show

They wouldn’t let me into my account for 3 days
When I typed in the wrong password just only once they accuse me of being a robot and I had to wait three days in order for me to get into my account. Customer support cannot figure out why my account kept on being flagged for being a robot but they told me I needed to wait three days. And then I could login again.
