Password reset issue
I have attempted to reset my password 5 times and it states that it’s wrong everytime. I just bought tickets for a show but I don’t even know how I would access those tickets without logging into the app..
Can’t find my password and when I click to get new one it send me a link through another vendor
Golden voice app shows I have already been registered before so k try my password from AXS where I purchased the tickets and it says it’s wrong so I click the “I forgot my password” button, only to be sent an email from AXS and when I change my password there (which I know that password) it then sends me back through the same loop I just went through (not recognizing that password I just entered for AXS) this is a useless app if I can’t even get logged into it

Terrible app so many bugs doesn’t recognize my axs account changed my password and reset my phone as well as deleting and redownloading the app and nothing works horrible 👎🏼
Can’t access tickets
It literally won’t sign me in. I was able to do it on my Mac but on my phone it keeps saying my password is wrong. I’ve changed my password so many times, making sure each time I try to sign in that it’s spelled exactly the same. It took my money but won’t let me access my tickets. Horrible app.
Won’t let me login
Every time I try to login it says wrong email or password. When I try to reset the password it says “cannot reuse same password” even after resetting to something else it keeps giving the same error.
Eschatology
Not that long ago you could in the daytime go to the box office of the venue playing the show a few weeks before, get your tickets, maybe a little envelope to put them in, and the day of the show, you present your ticket, maybe an ID, get a stamp or band and be on your way. This system was deemed to be an inconvenience for many, so tickets began to be sold across other channels. Goldenvoice believes that as an inconvenience, it is therefore necessary to eliminate that system altogether. This app, apparently the only method of receiving my ticket, does not work, full stop. I'm not going to be able to get my automatically-refreshing QR code in time for this concert, due to a password reset issue others here have also mentioned.

Bad Design
So how exactly do I get my tickets into my Apple Wallet? Or anywhere else that doesn’t require internet to access them? And what exactly is an event that doesn’t support Apple Entry? It is a simple scan of a QR or bar code…. All that has to happen is for GV to allow the transfer into the wallet. Oh, but that would mean that you could actually delete their app…. And they won’t have any of that.

cannot even sign in
this app sucks. I have repeatedly tried to sign in to see my tickets, have reset my password I don’t know how many times, and continue to get an “Are you a real fan?” error message. Tried to live chat which eventually expired due to no response (during bus hours!) and then just got lame automated reply to my email complaint- during business hours!

Axs/GV make you download to get access and then they don’t give you access
Have the AXS app which is a nightmare in of itself, but now I have to download the Golden Voice app which now makes it a paralysis demon nightmare. Keeps thinking I’m a robot will not let me login through my AXS account who also thinks I’m a robot no matter how many verifications and resets I do. I’m now stuck in support chat to just gain access to ticket QR’s I purchased months ago.

Making me get a 3rd party app to get my tickets was annoying enough but I cannot log into my app which of course is the only place you can access tickets. It doesn’t need an update I’ve changed my password twice now and it doesn’t work. Thank you AXS and golden voice thank you so much
Worst interface ever
Every time I tried to log in it kept thinking I was a robot but instead of giving me anyway to verify I’m a human it just took me to the support page where it failed to include any number or actual helpful thing to get me into my account. When I tried logging into my Facebook, it gave me a captcha with letters but the keyboard only had numbers so it was impossible to log in that way. So yeah, horrible interface and very unhelpful when it came to actually getting access to my tickets.
