Horrible app
This is the worse app that I ever downloaded. You can’t see anything yet they think they have the audacity to charge your card however they want. You can’t see anything but they can mark you present for a class you didn’t attend and not give you your absentee stipend. I’m not sure if the school intentionally created this app like this.

Put back number of slots open in each class!!!!
What happens to the app talking us how many slots were open in a certain class. If I have 2 children that I would

Great School & Easy App
I was a bit worried when I saw the reviews for the app.
They must have changed it since the previous reviews. The app is easy to guide and use.
Only thing I wish they had was a filter when searching for booking more classes.

Goldfish swim school hides cancelation
You can’t cancel their service going through lot of hoops. They purposely hide and charge you unused service and not interested in customer satisfaction. Lacy(manager) from Lewis Center, oh is the worst representative ever
Potential to be helpful
The app is terrible. I understand the potential it has to streamline things; however, it does not work reliably. Ex: slow/does not load, inaccurate information, etc.
Swim school relies heavily on app assuming it works better than it does. Parents get frustrated. It creates friction between staff and customers as staff will assume customer doesn’t want to use app or treat them like they are “dumb”.

Stop making people use the app
The school itself is OK, but they make parents do everything through the app which is buggy if not broken. If you can't maintain an app, don't require customers to use it.
App crashes
The app keeps crashing when I try to look at evaluations.

Can you please fix the issue with evaluation tab? It is flickering when I try to open it.

first i just want to say the school is PHENOMENAL. i cannot say enough good things about them! my 4/5 stars is about the app.
it’s really easy to schedule classes, view upcoming lessons and progress evaluations, and you can even filter class requests by teacher (which is awesome if your kid has a favorite teacher!)

Number of open slots per class
Please add the feature that shows the number of open slots per class. This was helpful for parents of multiples
Super glitchy
This app needs some major attention. Upon logging in it’s blinking and wigging out. It’s important to be able to have good access to swim school schedule etc.
Evaluations flicker and no longer work
This app used to work beautifully. The most recent update has the student evaluations section flickering and unable to scroll or read. Please fix back!

Can be hard to navigate but when you figure it out, it is so useful! Always ask your local front desk workers if you have any questions, they are super helpful.
Viewing open classes is faulty
This works for canceling classes but when it comes to rescheduling it needs a lot of improvement. If you select your child it still shows you a bunch of incorrect level types and if you select the level you want, it does not display the available lesson times in chronological order (ie it may show a Sunday time, a Wednesday time, a Monday time, and another Sunday time). Such a frustrating user experience I’ve noticed on the website as well that should really be bare minimum functionality for viewing available lesson times. I feel like I’m trying to solve a complex math problem just gauging what actual days and times are available.

App Works Great
Despite all the negative reviews, we were able to navigate the app and schedule with no issues. Works great and connects right with my online account.
Not intuitive
When it comes to any technology, I like things to be intuitive and organized well, especially as a busy mom. When filtering the class schedule and seeing results it doesn’t always filter or organize sequentially. The naming of enrolled vs attendance is just used interchangeably and it’s confusing which is which. It was easier for me to text GSS to cancel/schedule. I’d like to see a more simplistic and streamlined system.

The app is user friendly. Also, our family has used GFSS for many years now and love it, as well as the confidence in swimming they instill.

It’s full of
Server errors and miscalculates prices. When trying to reserve classes it’s hard to navigate but after tinkering with this awful UX and finding the class it charged me $52 instead of $27
