This app isnt as good anymore
I’ve been using this app for a couple years but recently the service is too slow, when i book the driver will be in the same spot for like 10 minutes, bare in mind it takes atleast 3-5 minutes to even find a driver, you’re better off just using uber

App keeps losing connection
Not getting my money back
Hello Goldstar, I am writing this feedback in the hopes of at least returning my money back. I have scheduled 2 pre booked fares but then I found someone to give me a lift so I cancelled them (I paid for them with my card) and I didn’t get my money back. I called you guys and you said I should be getting it back in maximum 48 hours if not I should contact my bank. The times over - I didn’t contact my bank yet but are you serious? Nevermind the money but can you at least fix it? This is just stealing, I tried to pre book again btw and it said I didn’t have enough money (because I had to use the last of my money for those)

This app has sent me 3 notification today and the days not even over yet. It’s too much. The Taxi company is reliable but unfortunately I will be deleting.

He didn’t drop us at our designated location and made us take a walk of about 14 mins in the rain. That’s really bad and unfair.

The driver was really friendly and cheerful. Good chat along the way. The only negative was that he didn’t have a card machine with him. It was very lucky my kids had some cash at home as I don’t carry any cash!

Booked a taxi ,arrived a 7 seater and charged me extra £3 when I have ready paid £5 for the jorney. Not happy with the driver service. There were enough seats for 5 people,why the driver has asked me to pay extra?
