Courses not updated.
I am in KZN, ZA, at the moment. Two local courses, Royal Durban & Mount Edgecombe, The Woods are not correct.
I sent e mail weeks ago about Royal, nothing.
What is the point of a golf app that doesn’t have the correct course information & doesn’t update it when it is pointed out??

I broke down and purchased the upgrade and have been waiting two weeks for my card and number. Their instructions to print your card doesn’t apply to the app. I have attempted to contact them every possible way but have gotten no response. I’m tempted to contact PayPal and dispute the transaction for services not being rendered.

Great App
My group uses this app all the time for our Saturday 4 ball good way of keeping track of where we are handicap wise
I e also bought the card and certificate to get me on some very exclusive courses and use it in comps
One small issue when entering scores the options for weather are either sun or rain could do with an overcast option it’s the UK after all

Doesn’t update slope index correctly and poor customer response
My group that use this app has a recurring fault re a couple of courses we play. The handicap conversion based on the slope jndex doesn’t work correctly AND the Stroke Indices are different on the course card from what it says on the app. Both these faults cause an issue in scoring Stableford. I have emailed MOGC but had no reply

Really good + small issue with photos
I love this app for many reasons - ease of input, backdating option, detail allowed, built in handicap calculator.. The only issue I have is sometimes on the ‘info’ section of a round, where there’s a possibility to upload a photo for the round to make it more memorable when looking back through scorecards, I’ll upload one but it doesn’t seem to come up properly on people’s feeds when I share it, or even when I go back in and view it for myself. Would appreciate this being looked into, but apart from that I’d definitely recommend this app.

Can’t get answers to queries
This approximation to UK whs is reasonable but doesnt have a clear replication if PCC, & appears to therefore be c 10% different to the WHS index.
That’s fair enough for a free service but the frustrating part is the inability to get answers to how they use the weather indicator to adjust SDs, despite asking via the help section….

Great app
This apps is excellent for a free app.
Scorecard is easy to use - a good way to track your score and build up to a handicap.
The GPS feature lacks the bells and whistles of expensive apps or watches, but as an intermediate golfer I just need a fairly accurate distance to the pin or a hazard, and this gives that.
It was easy to configure the GPS for a course that in was not set up already in the app.

Stableford points
This app is very good for keeping golf scores but recently it has altered my stableford points by increasing my handicap by two strokes when I save the score card. I always uncheck the adjust handicap feature but it still adds the two points to my handicap. Can you look into this problem.

Used this app to record my first ever round till now. It logged me out because I hadn’t used it for a while as I hadn’t been playing then couldn’t log back in.
Contacted them and they said they hadn’t got an account relating to my email or username. Which can’t be possible.
Lost all that info now. Really disappointed.
Wouldn’t recommend as it’s not reliable.

It’s good (ish)
I have used it to track my game for many years. The biggest floor is that it chooses when it will use cards for handicap tracking.
It always skips a few rounds every so often, no reply from email - from when they were on annual golf holiday

You put your scores in and it tracks stats and stuff. It’s a useful tool if you play golf.
Excellent but needs Apple Watch support
Excellent app, however it now could do with Apple Watch support to show distances, enter scores, move hole and club suggestions. Only thing that’s letting it down, hopefully this is coming soon
Worked for a while now just a bit of a let down.
So for a while this worked great. But for the last 3-4months it won’t remember scores even though I’m saving every hole. Last week playing a round it decided to blank out all the scores submitted. Luckily I was taking screenshots of every hole completed. Took me a while to renter them but that meant my two buddies lost their stats like how many putts and bunkers and so on.
Back to cards I think. Shame as it was decent like I say.

Unable to scroll through previous friends and my own scores, no reply from several emails to support.
