Since Apple securely manages all App Store billing, developers do not have the ability to process refunds directly. However, you can easily request one from Apple by following these quick steps: 1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. 2. Select "Request a refund" from the drop-down menu. 3. Select the reason, choose our app, and click Submit.

Great App, but needs tweaks

It’s a great app, it offers many different formats that are easy to use and creates great content. However, the apps needs to allow the user to adjust how long the target stays on the screen instead of the first couple seconds. It would also be great to adjust when the score changes on the video, to sync when the putt drops. I highly recommend the app and hope they make these changes to push it to 5 stars!

Pro Subscription Disappeared

I paid for a yearly subscription last July 2025, today my app glitched and could not access photos, so I deleted it. When I redownloaded, my subscription disappeared. The app did not prompt me to sign back on or anything. It doesn’t even have that option…

Since your Pro subscription is linked directly to your Apple ID, you can easily recover it without needing to log into a specific account. Please open GolfCam, head to the app's settings or subscription page, and tap on "Restore Purchase". This should immediately reactivate your Pro status. Regarding the photo access issue, please double-check your iOS settings just in case. You can do this by going to your iPhone's Settings > GolfCam > Photos and ensuring that "All Photos" (or "Full Access") is selected.

Unusable

For some reason the app doesn’t allow me to use location services long enough to pick a course, even with location fully turned on. And without picking a course, i am not allowed to use any template available that keeps score. Hopefully can figure out a fix for it.

Finally a golf app done right!

Shot tracer needs to up their game to be able to keep up with this app! Easy to push a lot more content fast! I wish they had an option to add some B-roll shot. I have some drone footage or just different angles.

Excellent But

I’d like to use my own intro and outdo. I also really wish there were more 2 player formats to use. Also a scramble format for 2-4 players would be great so you didn’t have to use another app to clip shots together to make the one shot for the slot on the hole. Other than that it works great.

Very limited

Do not buy this app. It is extremely limited, if you like to zoom in on the ball there is no way to properly trace it and the “curve tracking” is terrible. Very upset with this purchase.
