Great app, needs slowmo video import help
I would like to see some more improvement around importing videos for analysis. I use slow motion video capture when I’m recording myself at the range, and wasn’t able to easily upload that to the app. Adding functionality for slow motion video imports, or instructions on how to convert a slow motion video into an upload-able format would’ve saved me some time and some slight headache around getting it to work.
If you also use slow motion capture at the range and want to upload those videos to GolfFix, here’s how I did it so you might be able to as well:
- In Photos, trim the video and make the slow mo go away using the vertical tick marks at the bottom.
- Save the video to Files
- Go to Files and open the video in iMovie
- Get rid of any leftover slow mo in iMovie dragging the yellow trim markers and save it back to Photos
- Upload the new video to GolfFix
Again, overall great app and looking forward to using it more in the future.

Broadcast footage of professionals often features dynamic angles or zooming, which can distort our AI Coach's recognition and lead to errors. Additionally, re-recording an already captured video (such as filming another screen) can negatively impact the accuracy of the diagnosis.
