The “hot deals” are NONREFUNDABLE, and if you do cancel your tee time before 24 hours you will get a credit that can ONLY BE USED ON ANOTHER “HOT DEAL”. Which expires quickly. Which is absolutely ridiculous.
Scam artists. Excellent way to find tee times, but DO NOT book through the app.

No refund back to your credit card!
I was really disappointed to find out that a cancellation did not result in a direct refund on my credit card.
Instead, a credit was put on my account and Its difficult to apply it. No support and no email address to reach out for support.

Horrible Refund Policy
Booked a hot deal tee time nearly a week out. Canceled the next day. Wouldn’t refund my account only gave me credits that expire in 6 months. Very predatory. Your better off just calling your local course than using this terrible app
Don’t expect customer support
I booked a tee time and couldn’t make it, but the representative called the ProShop and since the pro shop wouldn’t refund the money, but I paid through the app. So I lost money on a round and I’m very angry.

This app is well worth the money. It has saved me over $500 and the year is not over and I haven’t played the amount of golf I usually play. I have this app on auto-renew.

Cannot get money back
I accidentally booked a wrong tee time but immediately cancelled. However, the system accepted the cancellation then told me no refund due to 24 hrs policy. Called in and basically told me no execuse . Only provide vouch where limited to after 12 pm tee times and only used from Monday to Saturday.
Falling behind
When I first started using Golf Now, there was a good amount of courses to pick from with morning tee time now I can’t find any. Most of the courses have dropped. Stop using Golf Now.

Not applying $10 promo and poor customer service
They log me out of the app every time I close it. The $10 promo code doesn’t work in their own app. And when I called the service center I was put on hold for 5 mins until I decided to hang up.

Don’t bother
Useless app with horrible support. Playing partner had a medical emergency and have no ability to cancel the round. Just book directly with the course. You would have to be near brain dead to pay for a subscription. Half the links and articles in the app don’t work. Horrible experience with no value-add. Will be charging this one back on my credit card. If Gina is a real human know you are useless.

Good luck deleting your account. It’s not an option. You literally pay more for using this app to golf with. Call the course, they will tell you the same thing. UPDATE: Received an email about this review with no helpful information other than word salad about value for customer, us, vs value for the app developers. They don’t care about us the customer. Just call the course instead and save lots of money.
