I would not recommend downloading this app. Their refund policy is terrible and completely unfair. I canceled my reservation immediately after realizing I had made a mistake, yet there was no flexibility or meaningful assistance. Customer service was not helpful at all and simply repeated the policy instead of trying to resolve the issue. There are better services available that value their customers and provide reasonable support when problems arise.

Never had a issue till today the course closed due to weather the app did not inform me and now they will not refund the pre paid tee time

Great app, well worth the $99 to become a member. You get credit at Taylor made + 10 green fee cancellation protections up to one hour before tee time. The points you accumulate can be used like cash. I have saved over $4000.00 on green fees.
Charges card without tee time being available
Wen’t to go set up a tee time and they said it wasn’t available anymore after I clicked book time, and still charged my card.

It logged me out and gave me an error.
I tried logging in but it didn’t accept my email nor password.
I hit reset password but got nothing back in the email.
After a time I managed to sign in but now, again, can’t see the reviews and it just shows an Ad.
What is wrong with GolfNow. There is also no way to actually contact customer service for such App or Web problems, they conveniently have no way to get a hold of anybody about it.
Still broken!!! And now it acts like the TeeOff app, where if you click on a course and take a quick look at the times and then hit Back, when you go back to the list of courses it’s gone way ahead instead of taking you back to where you were, and then trying to scroll back up to where you were on the list it is not a smooth scroll at all. So annoying.
And it still has the glitch where it shows the tee time but then gives you the message that it’s not available and there’s an error. I keep trying to book the time because it keeps showing the same time over and over and it just gives you the same message that says the tee time is not available. Well why don’t you REMOVE that tee time if it’s booked???? How can the system be this bad???? It’s 2026, and it’s still doing it!!!!!

Great Except….
I have been using GolfNow for a number of years. I like to travel and explore various golf courses wherever I am at. This means I often will be the only player for my reservation. Lately, I have found more and more golf courses will not let me get my tee time, whether regular or hot deals, unless I have at least two players. Can anything be done about this?

Same membership different benefits
Myself and many my friends are all Golf Now + members. However we found we have different benefits. For example, to apply same prompt code PAR4USA to same course for same tee time, some receive 25%, some only got 10%. Also the GN tee time price is different for same course and same tee time. Called customer service, they said all these differences are automatically generated by system. They can not do anything. I am wondering if it’s a program bug or specifically developed to biases for different people?

If you play golf even 1x per month the Golf Now app is worth it. For me it is the best value app out there and some of the Hot Deals are fantastic! Highly recommend!
Call the course when you book a time!!!
Hey GolfNow, do you have any clue what it feels like to have a tee time booked, show up to the course only to find out that the course is closed? It has happened my last two times. And I've booked time off work, I've coordinated with the rest of my family for child care, it takes a lot of effort. And you are there offering tee times that don't exist only to refund my money. That's not good enough. I need a voucher towards my next round, and not a voucher that is limited to hot deals only on week days after 12:00.

It works. I had VPN turned on from Korea. I changed it to US and it works.

App freezes. Vague message about rate limits. Useless in this condition.
