Apple TV version issues
Hi, since the last update maybe a month ago, the Apple TV is basically unusable. When you pick a show it just spins and spins. After a minute or two it might play but usually just stops. You have to hit pause, play again. It might take 5 minutes to start a show. Then if you pause or finish an episode it happens all over again. Used that app for years with new starting when the update was released. Hopefully you can fix it soon.
Also, please update how the app handles rewatching a show. It continues to go back to episode 2 after every episode and starts episodes that you’ve already watched at the end. So if you are not paying attention you click episode 7 but it starts and then goes to next episode which it thinks is always episode 2. I even rewatched episode 2 to get it to stop it still always wants to GoTo episode 2 and rewatching starts at the end of the episode. Maybe there’s a better way to handle that flow when rewatching a season 6 months later.
Love the content so please fix the Apple TV app so I can continue to enjoy it.

Too long upfront commercial
Really poor customer service and app doesn’t function
The app does not recognize my account as active and I cannot watch any chosen videos. I receive at least 3 emails a day that are non-functional.
I have contacted universal peacock 6 times and the call center has yet to address or communicate with me what steps they are taking to remedy.

Had enjoyed the free content. Now it seems to be a money grab to be able to watch any content … Disappointing!

App doesn’t allow you to watch videos once you’ve signed up and paid for the membership. Really sad, call for resolution and only get sent to a call center that doesn’t or can’t really do anything to assist.

App does not recognize membership
I am writing to report a technical issue regarding my GolfPass+ app. While the GolfNow app correctly recognizes my status, the GolfPass app does not. When I attempt to view videos, I am prompted to join GolfPass+ despite being an active member.
I recently contacted your help center to resolve this, but the experience was unsatisfactory. The representative was dismissive and repeatedly interrupted me, leading me to end the call without a resolution.
Hopefully this technology issue will be resolved in the future in order for GolfPass+ benefits to correctly sync across both platforms.

Useless tee time credit
For some reason when I copy and paste the credit , $10, into a hot Deals tee time ,it is rejected. Why?
Link has expired
I am getting my daily golf pass tips and when I click on it it says… This link has expired. -lease contact sender, that’s You. Also says Open in the Golf Pass app and when you do the promised tip is not, just a bunch of others. Please advise
Early renew
GolfPass renewed my subscription. A day early which caused me to have to spend 1/2 hour online trying to cancel. This also caused peacock to charge my account and surprise to me is that they have no phone number for customer service and no way to get a refund on the app. If you sign up for GolfPass make sure not to use a normal credit card. The actual service is ok if you’re a frequent golfer

Too much trouble and passwords, to hard to get a new one. Said I wasn’t me
Long ways to go
App is sluggish at times, won’t rotate the video to horizontal form and you see ads even when you’re a paid member. You have to reorient your screen after each video.
Horrible App
The app advertises free version (with ads) but when you install it, there is no such option. Also the screen is completely covered with ads. There are bad apps in the Apple App Store but this one is the worst. Off my phone it goes!
