Really poor customer service and app doesn’t function
The app does not recognize my account as active and I cannot watch any chosen videos. I receive at least 3 emails a day that are non-functional.
I have contacted universal peacock 6 times and the call center has yet to address or communicate with me what steps they are taking to remedy.

Had enjoyed the free content. Now it seems to be a money grab to be able to watch any content … Disappointing!
Seriously
App doesn’t allow you to watch videos once you’ve signed up and paid for the membership. Really sad, call for resolution and only get sent to a call center that doesn’t or can’t really do anything to assist.
