User not found
I made account during purchasing MCR concert ticket and i rarely open the apps but everytime i checked this app it always logged out and keep loggin in. Today i am trying to log in but said “User not found” whyy? I lost my ticket😭
Constantly crashing, can’t even log in!
Please fix this ASAP. I’ve tried opening the app multiple times, but it just gets stuck on the loading screen and crashes. How am I supposed to use the app if I can't even get past the front page? It started happening after the recent update. Please prioritize fixing this bug.
