User not found
I made account during purchasing MCR concert ticket and i rarely open the apps but everytime i checked this app it always logged out and keep loggin in. Today i am trying to log in but said “User not found” whyy? I lost my ticket😭
Constantly crashing, can’t even log in!
Please fix this ASAP. I’ve tried opening the app multiple times, but it just gets stuck on the loading screen and crashes. How am I supposed to use the app if I can't even get past the front page? It started happening after the recent update. Please prioritize fixing this bug.

This is not necessarily on the app itself but how each bug names concert coming to Malaysia, its not being manage well.
Queue issues, like what do you mean queue is not determined by the time I access the waiting room? That is the essence of queueing, first come first serve. This looks fishy and open to manipulation.

Useless, horrible app
Ever since the debacle of the Coldplay concert ticketing, which I was unfortunate enough to be a part of, this company and app has gone from bad to worse. The app constantly crashes upon opening, especially during ticket sales. I have been trying to access the app since yesterday but to no avail. You’d think that they’d learn from their mistake and improve for the better, but here we are, still facing the same old issue sonce day one. I wonder how they are still permitted to operate considering everything. Please just shut down and hand this over to another company

Im downloading the app with the impression that ticket purchasing is being made on the app, instead ticket purchase is redirected & being made on the web. What made worst once queue has already ended, my http request went 404. Some jokes la Go Live

Don’t even bother downloading. They can’t manage the volume, tickets showing available but actually sold out. Pariah company managed by pariahs.

This app is not made to handle traffic. The moment there’s a popular concert, it just crashes and fails miserably. The development team needs to wake up. Or don’t let this app company handle the ticket sales of big concerts.

I already installed and uninstalled few times, but when I clicked on it, its keep kick me out of the apps. keep crashing on and on and cannot access the apps at all. saw an update about the ticketing system is under maintenance, but I dont think it is related to the app’s interface.

since the concert is around the corner, I decided to open the app to check my ticket. Guess what? I can’t even open the app, it will quit to home right after I opened the app. Uninstall and reinstall it doesn’t work. I have to go to website to check it and luckily my gmail got the QR details🙃 what a poor app
