I called a store to ask and they said Saskatoon is not on the app and most likely will never be so if you live in Saskatoon you get no rewards no deals and can only order ahead of time on skip and door dash kinda sad I really love gongcha and spend quite a lot a month and was hoping so save some money or gets points

Locations aren’t correct - order was placed in Montreal but I’m in St Catherine’s… wasted my money due to poor UX
Not worth it
Not sure how it’s supposed to work in Ontario, but when I ordered through the app the store didn’t realize I ordered until I asked and showed on the app. What a waste of time.

Real App of Gong Cha
Yes you read it right, this is the legit app of Gong Cha no doubt.
Barely functional
Probably one of the worst apps I’ve used in the past few years. Finding a store based on distance doesn’t work whatsoever, the search function for address doesn’t match anything. The gongcha store that is directly underneath my apartment shows up as >100km away. If I didn’t scroll through half the stores on the app I would never even know it was there.
Also, searching for drinks in store is not very useful either, since all it does is show a list of names with no pictures. Funnily enough, the order of the list changes every time you hit enter as well.

Can't link to mobile
I live in Australia and it doesn't have the option to link to my mobile
Won’t work in Australia
Tried over several days to get verification code sent to mobile. Never receive any code despite numerous attempts and therefore cannot collect rewards. Will be using different shop now as was a regular

Won’t link to mobile
Tried linking my mobile number so many times to sign up and collect rewards but it wouldn’t work. Not happy at all, deleted this app from my phone waste of storage to be honest.

After downloading and choosing ApplePay as payment method, won’t let me verify my phone number. Everything in App looks scammy. Beware!!!

Won’t link, can’t use it in English , set it to Australia and it still won’t link my phone number so I can’t collect any rewards. Very disappointed when I buy a lot of GongCha. Makes me want to shop other places where I can collect rewards for spending a lot. Disappointing.
