Payment issues
App just gives an error when trying to pay using Apple Pay or entering a credit card for advanced ordering. Haven’t been able to use it for this for weeks.
Wrong password no matter what
Says my pw is incorrect, so I update it. Says I’ve successfully updated it but it again says my password is incorrect. Tried several times with the same result. Can never login

Doesn’t Respect Location Privacy
After being denied location permission,
it presents a non-dismissible prompt which redirects you to the settings app to give it the location permission. Incredibly frustrating design and invasive issue that has now persisted for months.

I try to log in and it says my password email aren’t right. Change my password and it says can’t use same password as what I was JUST USING to log in that it said was wrong ! Annoying annoying. Frustrated.

Login glitch last few days
Haven’t been able to login for a few days on Good Earth, login button says loading then nothing happens :( otherwise it was a nice app!
Rewards do not work
The rewards or points are not collecting. I did not get a free coffee for signing up either.
After 4 purchases still no points. An employee told me; other customers experience the same issues.
“Second cup” rewards works great. Coffee is great, cups are larger and less expensive.

This is a really good app program & it’s easy to use. It doesn’t take long to gather enough points for a free baked good or even a free coffee. Good Earth has great coffee, good food, and even better customer service!

Miserable service
The coffee was goo as usual. But a miserable lady took our order. I understand everyone has their bad days but not even a hello and a smile?
Worst Coffee payment app
Slow to load. Offers don’t often apply to the cart with constant errors. The old app was great. This one is awful. On the bright side, I save money cause I don’t want to order coffee as often.

Wonderful to be able to get a coffee while shopping for books! The dark roast coffee was perfect and the selection of sweet and savoury treats was as unique as it was delicious! Definitely recommend.

Very glitchy - Had trouble logging in
Needed to have Technical support help me log in. My ipad experience was not so good. Maybe the app works better on the iPhone. I do enjoy the coffee at the coffee shop.
Are you Kidding me?
No option for Apple Pay, does not work with autofill and I can’t get it to scan my credit card. I should get automatic points for having to manually enter my card information. Or maybe I just won’t buy anything.
Took My Money
I had the original Good Earth app & had loaded $50 onto my card on the app. I went to login again just now only to find they now have a new app & will not recognize my email in either the old or new app. So now that money I had loaded onto the app is just gone. What a rip off.
