Good luck trying to register for the app

This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. it continually when you sign in well first of all you can’t sign in. Without a registration code and they do not provide it when you purchase any kind of plan through them. I’ve been trying to get onto the app for about a week now there is zero assistance at good sam. I suppose I’ll carry my paper cards with me because this app is absolutely atrocious and not useful..

Decent Discounts

This app gives you some decent discounts as a Good Sam member. When signing up for an account in the app use the registration code - goodsam ( all one word ) to gain access to the benefits.

Can’t access app

I am an elite member at Good Sam, but there is no registration code provided on my good Sam page. I can’t get any help so the app is useless to me.

Waste of time

Good Sam and never worked in the first place and they quit updating the one app that did work. The lack of any functional apps makes a Good Sam membership totally worthless. I am so glad I didn’t pay for this garbage!

Crashing

The app continues to crash on my iPhone. Might be a bug issue but i cant use the map feature with out it crashing.

Worthless

More concerned with rentals than RV owners who actually travel. No trip planning options on phone app when you really need it most. Doesn’t link work I do in planning on my laptop to useful info as we travel using phone.

Sums it up. No email for reset, no way to access. Why did I sign up for this? Waste of money.

Registering on the Good Sam website does not automatically register you for the Abenity program. Thus, if you have not yet registered for the Abenity program, you will need to do so before you can log in via the Abenity app.

Having a hard time using the app, it doesn’t save your information

Please note that your Good Sam information is not saved in the Abenity app, though, as the two are separate programs.

Membership is live can’t login

I have a membership with assigned number. One time link never arrives to inbox or spam.

You also have too many apps. You’re all over the place with crappy sms login service, no email links received, etc.

*eye roll * starting to regret my purchase of the membership and road side assistance package now.

Difficult to navigate

I have tried the Good Sam Perks, Travel and Camping; none seem to link to my Good Sam Elite Membership; difficult to navigate, when booking a RV campsite the website does not state the retail price vs the price with the Good Sam discount.

Sign-In Failure is Routine

Routinely being signed out. Apple PW Keychain does not recognize the app to auto populate the sign-in information. The username field is available but the password field is unavailable. Trying to tap the PW sends me to a help window for lost user/pw/sign-in with no pw. No updates are available. I use Safari to access site. App needs help. Cheers

Login issues make this app useless

ETA: developer wrote saying they reconfigured a new app and asked if I’d update my 1-star rating. Login works now. Though there are a lot of broken and buggy links. I originally downloaded the app for gas price info, but the app does not have that and is filled primarily with discounts for places I never shop - or discounts you can literally find anywhere. I have deleted the app.

The app will not accept my login credentials. Went through the app’s steps to reset the password. Password was changed but the app still wouldn’t accept the credentials. Went to the Good Sam website, and the password was still the original one. So clearly a miscommunication between systems. Very frustrating!

Can’t log in

Like many others, it does not accept your login credentials. Have confirmed they work on the website, but the app continues to state they are invalid.
