Expect an additional $23 fee
I used the app to place an order & it was really slow but generally manageable. However, after placing my order (which included a $7.99 delivery fee), they called to tell me there was another additional $23 delivery fee on top of the stated $7.99 delivery fee for my 3 item order! If your app states one price, then you call to charge your customers 3x more on top of their order price, most reasonable folks will cancel their order.
Given your monopoly for delivery on Guam, it’s shows a blatant lack of business sense when you as an owner can’t bother hiring competent coders to make a functional app with correct pricing after all these years.
I will never utilize your service again for any reason.

Reasons
The delivery sometimes takes way too long (2hrs+ at times) and they still haven’t fixed the delivery fee. I place an order and they’ll call me back saying it’s actually an additional charge bc of the incorrect delivery fee. I had the inconsistent delivery fee.The stores available are very limited, wish the had more places available like donki itself or payless or just more variety of food options. Staff who call to inform about the incorrect delivery prices are also rude.

Great Ordering Service
Overall, great ordering service. Customer service promptly notifies if anything is wrong with your order. A life saver when you just don’t feel like leaving your house and too busy to cook. However, recommend they post their delivery rates. I keep getting calls that the delivery fee is wrong, and if I authorize them to charge the difference. Besides that issue, love the app.

The app doesn’t enter your address correctly so you get multiple calls with the drivers complaining to you as if you have control over it.
Delivery Area? Oh just 5 miles of Guam
The delivery area they cover is ONLY 5 miles of Guam. If you’re outside of that area they will not deliver to you. So if you’re outside of the 8 bigger hotels you’re fked 🤷♂️

Pick up your own food if you can
Getting nickel and dimed on delivery distance. Restaurant that’s less than a 10 minute drive and they add another 5 dollars to the 8 dollar delivery fee because it’s “far.” 3 miles away in any regard is CLOSE. Unbelievable business tactics.
Good idea but i hardly want to use this app
Too expensive, either lower the delivery rates or the minimum requirements to order. 20$ minimum plus delivery fee means 30$+ for fast food, plus extra food i didn't want in the first place that i only ordered to meet the minimum. Its a waste, and depressing. In addition, the wait times can be absurd. You benefit since its universally the only delivery app on Guam.

As an employee of Subway and have encountered my fair share of Good to Go employees, I can tell that they all like what they're doing. Based on some of the ones' I've encountered, they are all so well rounded, funny in some cases, and is just an overall great experience with them. In fact, they always make sure that the orders are to the customer's expectations and ensures that it's complete. Their consideration and respect towards the workers of Subway are impeccable as well, so it is definitely recirpocated back.
