Can’t see order status
This app is great for ordering food in Kadena but it needs more work, more food options. When I order, I can’t see the order status if it’s preparing or on the way
Glitch ridden.
Couldn’t input an address for delivery without it glitching then having to start over.
Time Selection stops you from ordering
Everytime I use this app it’s a dice roll on if it’ll let me order because “time selection is not valid/expired” but the only option in time selection is “Today, ASAP”. There’s nothing you can do aside from just ordering off a different app.
Major Glitches
I order my food, then it refreshes and pulls back up my whole cart as if I didn’t complete the order and you cannot look at order history to see any past orders, user beware so you do not accidentally order multiple times!!!!
Cool app, kinda glitchy for me
Great app for ordering from what’s available at Kadena. The only issue I’m having is that when I exit the app after ordering and then go back to check the status my order is gone. I do call the restaurant to make sure it actually went through, just a gives me anxiety lol.
